Just as exercise is essential to our physical fitness, it is essential to our spiritual fitness. While our physical fitness is dependent on treadmills and dumbbells, our spiritual fitness is dependent on spiritual disciplines. Our cross-training groups are intended to help you get and stay in shape spiritually.

To accomplish that goal, we use a small group format with four focal points:
- Developing a consistent and meaningful quiet time in God's Word.
- Experiencing genuine Christian fellowship in a small group.
- Receiving practical, step by step training in spiritual disciplines.
- Focusing on a natural and deliberate approach in sharing our faith.
